- Annoucement of the Election Result
             Having received reports of summing up the votes and without any petition, the Provincial Election Commission shall convene to consider whether the election and votes counting were proceeded in an honest and fair manner and report to the National Election Commission for announcing the result.

             In the case where there is a petition, the Provincial Election Commission shall conduct an investigation and inquiry for fact finding and present to the National Election Commission for adjudication.
