Formation of Political Party

1. Persons of Thai Nationality
2. Not less than 20 years of age
3. Not less than 15 persons
4. Not being under any of the prohibitions to disfranchise under the Constitution
5. The founders of political party shall convene a meeting to prescribe
   - the directive principles of policy
   - the regulations
   - to elect the Executive Committee of the political party

The Executive Committee of Political Party

1. Leader
2. Deputy-Leader
3. Secretary-General
4. Deputy Secretary-General
5. Treasurer
6. Spokesman
7. Other members of the Executive Committee of Political Party
8. Other members who are not less than 20 years of age

• The emblem of political party
• The location of the head office of political party
• The names, occupations, addresses and signatures of the political party
• The names, occupations, addresses and signatures of the members of the Executive Committee of political party
