On 30 October 2019, His Excellency Mr. Ittiporn Boonpracong, Chairman of the Election Commission, together with Pol. Col. Jarungwith Phumma, Secretary - General, welcomed His Excellency Mr. Evgeny Tomokhin, Ambassador of Russia, at the Office of the Election Commission of Thailand.
