          The Office of the Election Commission hereby publicises the Announcement of the Bangkok Local Election Committee, Re: Vote Count Results (Por.Thor./Sor.Thor. Form 5/8) for the election of the Governor of Bangkok and Members of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council held on Sunday, 28 June 2026, as follows:

·       Announcement of the Bangkok Local Election Committee, Re: Vote Count Results for the Election of the Governor of Bangkok (Por.Thor. Form 5/8).

·       Announcement of the Bangkok Local Election Committee, Re: Vote Count Results for the Election of Members of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council, Constituencies 1–50 (Sor.Thor. Form 5/8).

          Pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations, once the Election Director of Bangkok has received the Vote Count Results (Sor.Thor./Por.Thor. Form 5/8) from the Bangkok Local Election Committee and is satisfied that the election and the vote counting were conducted honestly and fairly, the matter shall be reported to the Election Commission. Following a preliminary review, if the Election Commission has reasonable grounds to believe that the election was conducted honestly and fairly, it shall announce the official election results within 30 days from the election day, that is, by 28 July 2026.
