"White Democracy" (Clean/Pure Democracy)

Eligibility:

For Higher Education and Senior High School or Vocational Education levels (Individual or Team).

Submission Requirements:

Submit a short vertical video clip (9:16 format) with a length of not less than 2 minutes but not exceeding 3 minutes.

Application Period:

Applications open: August 19, 2026 - September 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
